"I started going to Andrew when I was about 10 years old. My family had known Andrew for years and we were always impressed by his patience and devotion when working with his clients. He helped me build a fundamental base of muscle before entering high school. His attention to detail was the key to success in my middle school days. He made sure I was always performing movements correctly and safely before moving up in weight. As I entered high school I was ahead of my peers because of my work with Andrew. Throughout high school, I continued to use Andrew as an asset training on Sundays to get extra work in with balance, strength movements, and mobility. At the end of high school I am confident to say Andrew helped me achieve goals like: 2-time GCL 1st Team (football), 3rd Team All Ohio Defensive Team (football), GCL Defensive Player of the Year (basketball), and most importantly admission into the United States Naval Academy.

Now, being away from Cincinnati I cannot train with Andrew, but I still reach out to him in time of need. Recently, with training for different military screenings, I reached out to Andrew. He delivered, like many times before, and helped me get over a physical rut to once again gain lean muscle while being able to perform on the endurance side as well. I would recommend Andrew to anyone, especially someone who is ready to start a physical, athletic, or mental journey I once started."

"Both of my children have trained with Andrew. One you can describe as a "jock" the other as timid and shy. Both of my kids loved to train with Andrew and both received training to fit their needs. At first I was concerned about weight training for my 13 and 15 year old. I heard so many stories like, if they lift too early it will stunt their growth and things of that nature. Andrew in the first meeting removed all of the "old wives tales" of weight training. He focuses on form rather than weight. Confidence rather than going through the motions. My children were able to talk about the experiences with me. They were able to talk about what an exercise is building, increasing their knowledge for a lifetime. Andrew is invested in his clients. He remembers what sports or plays my children were in. All things that made my children comfortable with him. Also he was able to provide this for a reasonable cost. "Andrew trained me for several months, and I saw my personal best in terms of results (I've trained off and on for over 30 years). His training was tailored to what I wanted to accomplish at that time, which was to get a leaner, more-cut look. He developed a high-intensity program, specific to certain body parts for each workout, and kept the workouts interesting by putting new twists on old exercises (not easy to do when you've trained as long as I have). He also provided a diet plan, complete with foods that fit each criteria of the plan, and I was able to incorporate the vast majority of the plan. The results were great, as i cut about 15 lbs of mostly fat (went from nearly 190 to 175 lbs) in four months, and my wife commented more than once on how lean I looked in my workout gear. I would recommend Andrew's training to anyone, at any stage of their life. He will give you what you need.....the rest is up to you!"
